Zoho CRM comes up with new features on a regular basis and in this article, we would like to introduce you to new features and functionalities for sales enablement.

 

Email threads

Emails are still the most common communication channel in business dealings.

One of the big improvements, is that you are no longer forced to read each conversation with a customer as a separate email. Zoho CRM now supports viewing emails in threads. You can open any email and simply expand the attached list of emails to see your entire correspondance history.

 

Summary roll-up fields from associated records 

When sales reps work with their customers, it's beneficial to have a summary of key records for that customer to help prioritize their engagements and optimize processes. Roll-up field summaries give users quick access to data such as the total number of pending activities for a potential customer, when the next activity is due, and company-level details such as total revenue generated, business in progress, lost business, and more.

Support of subforms in email templates 

Subforms offer great versatility in the way you link information in Zoho CRM.

It will now be possible to insert any subforms as tables in email templates, and then add or remove rows and columns from the forms just as you would with any other table in Zoho CRM.
