We are introducing you with significant updates aimed at strengthening email authentication and verification processes across Zoho CRM and other Zoho services. These enhancements are designed to enhance security, ensure compliance with industry standards, and improve overall user experience.
Unified Domain Authentication
Admins will no longer need to authenticate email-sending domains separately across different Zoho products used within their organization. Zoho CRM's SPF and DKIM records are now uniform and compatible with other Zoho products, allowing authenticated domains to be recognized across all services. This streamlines the authentication process and enhances email security.
Automatic Domain Identification
Domains authenticated outside of Zoho CRM will now be automatically identified every 48 hours, reducing manual effort. This ensures that if a domain is authenticated elsewhere during this period, it will reflect as "Authenticated" within Zoho CRM within a maximum of 48 hours, maintaining continuous security without additional setup.
Simplified Verification Process
Previously, setting up domain authentication in Zoho CRM required manual verification of connected email addresses. Now, verification is simplified—if any verified user email address or organizational email is found within your Zoho CRM account, manual verification is no longer necessary. This simplifies setup and management.
Compliance with New Email Guidelines
To comply with updated guidelines from Google and Yahoo, Zoho CRM now recommends DMARC setup for domains sending more than 5,000 emails daily. Users are prompted to set up DMARC when preparing to send bulk emails, ensuring adherence to sender guidelines and minimizing email disruptions.
Enhanced Email Credibility Dashboard
A new email credibility dashboard highlights domains without DMARC, aiding quick identification and resolution of compliance issues. This feature helps maintain email credibility and ensures seamless communication for your organization.
One-Click Unsubscribe
In adherence to RFC standards and requirements from Google and Yahoo effective June 1, 2024, all promotional emails sent from Zoho CRM now include a one-click unsubscribe option. This addition enhances user convenience, reduces spam complaints, and aligns with industry best practices.
These updates underscore Zoho CRM's commitment to improving email security, compliance, and user experience. We encourage you to adopt these enhancements to ensure seamless and reliable email communications for your business.
